8 August 2010 seems like a auspicious day where a lot of celebrations were ongoing. One of it was my friend's store official opening. It was truly a mad rush as the invitation was only given on Tuesday! After much deliberation, I dropped the idea of giving her a flower bouquet as a gift as it seemed to common and expensive.
Ultimately, with some brainstorming, my friends and I scouted IKEA and Daiso for supplies and inspiration. Damage? 19 Bucks for a candle cage and 2 bucks each for the raw wood box and signage.
Look at my proud results below. Over a night, I managed to finish all these with a lil help from my friend!

She liked it so much that the one hanging on her door was immediately replaced with this! It was so awfully sweet of her and her friends was full of praises of this. This is what I call.. feeling the..satisfaction and appreciation!
