Payment Methods
1. Bank Transfer:
a) Via Internet Banking or ATM transfers
- Bank details will be sent in the email together with the confirmation order
- Money to be transferred only to POSB/DBS, UOB or OCBC accounts
2. Cash & Carry:
- Option is only available for self collections at pre-arranged locations (Delivery charges will not be imposed)
*NOTE: For the above payment methods, if payment or deposit is not received within 3 consecutive days from the sending of the confirmation mail, all orders will be deemed as cancelled.
Shipping/Delivery Information
1. Via Regular Mail
- Local postage charge will be waived for orders up to $10.00.
Note: We will and shall not be held responsible for any form of damages to the product during the course of shipment or any lost or delayed mail.
2. Registered Mail
a) Singapore Orders
: Flat rate charge of $2.50.
: For transactions up to $50.00 in a single confirmed order, registered mail postage is waived.
b) Overseas Orders: We send international orders USPS First Class International (under 4 lbs) or Priority Mail (over 4 lbs). Actual freight will be calculated and a shipping invoice will be sent to you.
3. Meet-Ups
- Arrangements will be made in due course. However, this is subjected to manpower availability.
- Current Schedule and Timings Available;
a) Weekdays: Meeting Time: Between 6.30pm to 8pm
b) Weekends: - Meeting Time: Between 11am to 6.00pm
Places to meet includes the following: Raffles Place MRT station, Dhoby Ghaut MRT station or Ang Mo Kio MRT station.
Returns
As our products are custom made and of limited designs, a return of merchandise would be not available. Cherish Times is committed to offering excellent customer service and we would try to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in shipping.
In the event that a product is broken during shipment. we ask that you notify us upon receipt,(within 3 business days) and we will try to assist to resolve the problem.
